Eligibility Criteria

Please do not proceed if you have already received funding from any of the following funding streams within the City’s Community Grants Program in this financial year:

  • Better Bayswater Grant
  • Community Events Grant
  • Capital Works Grant
  • Donation

Additionally, all applicants must:

  • Address at least one of the three Better Bayswater Grant priority areas.
  • Receive at least 50% of its funding from the applicant (cash or in-kind), with the City of Bayswater contributing up to a maximum of 50% of the project or program costs to the maximum value of $5,000.
  • Have satisfactorily acquitted all previous City of Bayswater grant funding.

Note: An auspicing body is an incorporated group that applies for a grant on behalf of an unincorporated group. The auspicing body is responsible for the legal processes associated with delivering your project including insurances and the financial management of the grant.
